Key skills:

  • Hands on configuration expertise within SAP SuccessFactors, ideally within EC, Recruiting or P&G
  • Know-how within on-premise SAP HCM Payroll processes
  • Strong end to end HR business process knowledge
  • End to End SAP Implementation experience
  • Fluent in English Spoken and Written

Desirable Skills:

  • Fluent in German
  • As the SAP HR-IT Expert, you will act as the link between business and IT, playing a lead role on all SAP HR-IT topics including system customising, analysing/designing processes and leading projects
  • You will be responsible for the internal consulting of SAP HR-IT and its related projects, including further SAP SuccessFactors module implementations
  • As the IT counterpart of the HR Department, you will be in constant contact with the business to learn their requirements and help optimise all HR-IT applications including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ATOSS and OpenText
  • Play a crucial role within the design of a standard process, to then be rolled out globally
