Key skills:
- Hands on configuration expertise within SAP SuccessFactors, ideally within EC, Recruiting or P&G
- Know-how within on-premise SAP HCM Payroll processes
- Strong end to end HR business process knowledge
- End to End SAP Implementation experience
- Fluent in English Spoken and Written
Desirable Skills:
- Fluent in German
- As the SAP HR-IT Expert, you will act as the link between business and IT, playing a lead role on all SAP HR-IT topics including system customising, analysing/designing processes and leading projects
- You will be responsible for the internal consulting of SAP HR-IT and its related projects, including further SAP SuccessFactors module implementations
- As the IT counterpart of the HR Department, you will be in constant contact with the business to learn their requirements and help optimise all HR-IT applications including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ATOSS and OpenText
- Play a crucial role within the design of a standard process, to then be rolled out globally
