I’ve spent 15+ years exclusively in SAP recruitment, building Permanent and Freelance teams across DACH, wider Europe and the US.

SAP isn’t one part of what I recruit. It’s the market I’ve built my career in.

Through PRIMA Partners, I’ve supported End Clients, Consultancies and System Integrators with everything from specialist appointments through to international SAP teams and major S/4HANA transformation programmes.

I’m particularly proud of the relationships we’ve built, supporting the same organisations across multiple countries, programmes and years.

I know the SAP market, the people in it and what it takes to make the right hire.

Recruitment isn’t only about the role. Particularly when someone is considering an international move, the place they’re moving to can matter just as much.

That’s why we created Places by PRIMA, giving candidates practical insight into cities and locations across Europe connected to the markets we recruit within.

From everyday life and local culture through to amenities and what it’s actually like to live there, the idea is simple: help people understand more than just the job before making a decision that could affect them and their family for years to come.

Outside of Recruitment & PRIMA…

I’m an avid sports fan and an enthusiastic participant when ability allows.

I’m a lifelong Tottenham Hotspur supporter, which has provided enough character-building over the years. I’m also a keen golfer and spend considerably more time trying to improve than my handicap would suggest.

Football, Boxing and Golf are probably the big three, but I’ll happily watch most sports given the opportunity.

Outside work, family and friends are hugely important to me. One of the things I’ve particularly enjoyed about building PRIMA is that some of the client and candidate relationships we’ve developed over the years have become genuine friendships.

Working in Salesforce Recruitment…

I’ve specialised in recruitment for over 20 years, with a particular focus on Siebel and Salesforce.

Salesforce is my core market at PRIMA. I’ve supported some of the world’s largest organisations with their Salesforce hiring, with many of those relationships operating on an exclusive basis.

My background also includes senior recruitment management, building teams from scratch and developing established teams, giving me a strong understanding of recruitment from both the client and agency side.

I’m particularly proud of the long-standing relationships we’ve built. For me, good recruitment is about knowing your market, understanding what the client actually needs and consistently delivering the right people.

My time outside work is mostly spent with my wife Michelle and our Boxer dog, Arthur.

I’m slightly more fortunate than David in that I support West Ham, everyone’s second favourite team, and I’m also the better golfer, although he’s worryingly starting to catch up.

Football, Boxing, Golf and Cricket are the big ones for me. I love sport and will happily watch or play whenever I get the chance.

Working in SAP Recruitment…

I’ve worked exclusively within SAP recruitment since 2011, supporting Permanent and Freelance hiring across Europe.

I joined PRIMA in 2021 to lead our SAP recruitment practice, covering the full SAP ecosystem and supporting everything from individual specialist appointments through to wider international SAP teams.

Since joining PRIMA, I’ve focused on growing our SAP practice while remaining hands-on in the market every day. A big part of my role is knowing who’s doing what, where people are moving, who might listen to the right opportunity and where the genuinely difficult SAP skills can be found.

I enjoy the searches that aren’t straightforward. The roles where posting an advert isn’t going to solve the problem and knowing the market actually matters.

Outside of Recruitment & PRIMA…

I’m fairly traditional when it comes to life outside work. I’m a big Arsenal fan, enjoy playing and watching football and regularly get myself into the gym, although the 6am alarm can still be quite the test.

I’m also partial to a cold beverage with the team, particularly a German beer, and it doesn’t normally take much convincing.

Do: Films, sunshine, house music, beers, red wine, pasta and, of course, SAP

Don’t: Seafood and Tottenham Hotspur, although the latter remains an unacceptable opinion at PRIMA
