Our client, a prominent international IT company, is seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant to join their dynamic team in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader committed to driving innovation and growth while prioritising sustainability.

Position Overview

As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a crucial role in configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules to meet the unique requirements of our client’s diverse customer base. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing guidance on best practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful deployment of SuccessFactors solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules, tailoring them to meet client-specific needs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on SuccessFactors best practices to optimise system performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors implementations, ensuring smooth operation
  • Support data migration and system integration activities to ensure seamless transitions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant, with a track record of successful implementations
  • Strong configuration and implementation skills across various SuccessFactors modules
  • Experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant across Employee Central, Onboarding and/or Time Management
  • Excellent understanding of HR business processes and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
