ESSENTIAL SKILLS | ServiceNow Technical Consultant:

  • Fluent German & English language skills (Written & Verbal)
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, including ITIL best practices
  • Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow, including workflows, UI policies, and integrations
  • Ability to align ServiceNow platform development with business objectives for automation and efficiency
  • Proficiency in managing system errors, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth platform operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize business processes
  • Experience leading or contributing to ServiceNow implementation projects from conception to execution

DESIRABLE | ServiceNow Technical Consultant:

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CMA, CTA) to validate expertise
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex IT landscapes
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations involving REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
  • Exposure to cloud-based IT service management solutions and digital transformation initiatives
  • Understanding of DevOps methodologies and their application within ServiceNow development cycles
  • Experience with performance optimization and security best practices in ServiceNow implementations
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, working in sprints to deliver incremental ServiceNow enhancements
