Senior EPM Consultant | Responsibilities:
- Implement EPM solutions for a range of projects
- Optimize Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
- Requirement gathering on EPM projects
- Ability to configure systems and thereafter providing Training for End Users of the EPM processes
- Lead Workshops and drive brainstorming sessions, strategy development, problem solving, risk assessment/mitigation
- Change Management, evaluation & feedback
- Regular travel to client sites for onsite engagements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong expertise in EPM tools such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Anaplan
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in delivering successful EPM projects
- Solid understanding of financial processes and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications a plus
