- Strong hands-on experience designing and building enterprise data platforms across cloud environments
- Proven delivery experience implementing data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar tooling
- Solid experience in SQL development, data modelling, and database design across structured and semi-structured datasets
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready data solutions
- Experience leading technical workstreams within client-facing delivery projects
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to shape technical solutions and architecture decisions
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data governance principles
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and accountable for quality and timelines within fast-paced consultancy environments
Senior Data Engineering Consultant | DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience working across multi-cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or hybrid data environments
- Exposure to Databricks, Apache Spark, Azure Synapse, or similar distributed processing technologies
- Familiarity with systems integration and API development including REST-based services
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities including solution design input or technical demonstrations

This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership responsibility, working directly with client stakeholders to shape solution design, implement robust data pipelines, and ensure high-quality delivery standards across complex data ecosystems.
