- Strong understanding of the user interface

- Previous experience as a manager within a Workplace capacity
- Strong know-how within various Device’s and Device Harmonization/Operations (Telephone, Laptop etc)
- Team Leadership experience
- Passionate and Enthusiastic

About the role:
- As the Head of IT Workplace, you will be globally responsible, leading a team of 7 colleagues
- You will be responsible for the Global harmonization of devices and to manage device operations
- As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for making key decisions on devices (Telephone, Laptop etc.) and the best approach, along with their integration capabilities with MS365 to improve the user interface experience
- You will be responsible for any MS365 Software improvements and rollouts, while ensuing a high standard of user interface
- Ongoing management of operations with regards to M365 and to ensure its full capacity is being utilised
