Group HR Operations Manager | Key Responsibilities:
- Fluent Croatian & English language skills (Written & Verbal)
- Proven Human Resources (HR) track record
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals, industry standards, and legal requirements
- Lead the recruitment processes for various business units, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, candidate selection, and onboarding
- Implement Performance Management Systems and processes to evaluate employee performance, set goals, provide feedback, and support development planning
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and mediation to maintain a positive work environment
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and employee benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies related to employment practices, health and safety, and diversity and inclusion
- Lead HR initiatives to support organizational change, such as restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and process improvements, while minimizing disruptions and supporting employee morale
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and objectives aligned with organizational goals, and provide regular reporting and analysis on HR metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making at the executive level
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Stakeholder Management & excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
